Dax (and Kevin's) NOT so happy Mother's Day Pictures

OK, so clearly Mom's day has come and gone, but I've been trying to figure out how I could bring that day to life on our blog... you see that day was a good day... however, we had to take some five generation pictures that didn't make Kevin OR Dax happy at all... we got that picture taken care of and after that we got some pictures taken with Nanna... Dax (and Kevin) were pretty tired of saying cheese but we had to give it a try... it wasn't until a few days after that I was going through the pictures and recognized that with every click of the camera, I came away with a pretty hilarious story. When it was happening it wasn't funny at all, we all just wanted to get it over with...I just kept hitting the button in hopes that one of the pictures would hold, if nothing else, a half decent picture to frame... not many of the ones with Nanna are good enough to hang on the wall but made us laugh hard enough that I had to post them... that's what the video above is. I don't know if it's the way D is acting or if it's how Kev goes from REALLY ANNOYED to huge smile in no time at all... either way we get a kick out of it so I hope you do too. It goes a lot slower than I wanted but if you'll just sit tight for a second I think you'll be entertained :) and if not what's a three minutes to waste... the pictures below are what we came away with... enjoy :)

I think Dax is trying to find Daddy's muscle...

Yep, that's right after D got Nanna right in the eye...

...BABY #3....

We kinda thought this would take quite a bit longer for us to get to this point ... but I guess sometimes these things are most likely to happen when somebody else is in charge of it.
We had talked about it and finally came to a conclusion that since Kevin really wanted it, it was his right to make the order....he did.... and even though I was very reluctant seeing as we already have 2... he was pretty ecstatic when he got the answer he wanted.. but mostly when he got the call that said it had arrived(he had waited almost nine months).... Here are it's first pictures. I'm actually pretty shocked Kev didn't get all gussied up and ask to get his picture taken WITH the (as he puts it) best investment he's ever made next to my wedding ring :)

I wouldn't say it's the cutest baby I've ever seen... but Kevin adores it... so I guess I have to find a place in my heart, I mean, home for it :)
