I didn't have anything against tractors, it was just a lot different than what I would do for a baby nursery.
Had I known the John Deere tractor lover that Dax would become, I may have thought otherwise...actually, there's NO QUESTION... I would have decorated his room in tractors.

Dax's love affair hit an all time high yesterday, when he got to go see, up close and personal, Grandpa Paul and Nanna's larger than life, tractors.
He loved every second of being around, climbing on, and actually riding in, his first love! His second love, was the dirt... I can't tell you how much dust was on his clothes, how much dirt got in his shoes, and on his face.

Dax woke up this morning and the first thing he said was "Tractor..ride...go see..."
We just may have to sell our house and spend the money on a tractor for him to ride all the days long...

Today we got to PLAY OUTSIDE!!! Anyone who knows Dax, knows that he LOVES being outside and would forever live outside if we would only let him...so today was a special treat for him to get to play outside with his good buddies, the Courville boys...and it wasn't such a bad thing for me to get to hang with their mom, my amazing friend Deven. We are lucky to have such good friends so close...always there to play with ;) It was so nice outside, it was hard to come in... too bad nap time came along...

I came back into the room to find powdered chocolate EVERYWHERE!!!! He just looked at me and said "choc-in-there where go, all gone". I mean what can you do? seriously, when you have this little face looking at you??? I wanted to be mad but I had to turn around and laugh. What makes it better is the phrase that is on his shirt..."CAUTION I'M NOT LISTENING". For those who don't know, Choc-in-there is chocolate milk. We hear it a lot!
